1. Experienced Network Engineer with Storage, Systems Managment & Virtualisation and Software Skills

The Role:

Designing, Deploying and Supporting; Networks, Storage Management, Windows 2008/12 Blade Servers.
VMware vSphere Virtualisation, VCP certified or relevant work experience, Cloud, Agile provisioning, EMC or HP Storage Solutions preferred.
Experienced in some of the programming languages required; C/C++, Scripting languages(Python), Java.
Any of; Data Center, Backbone, OpenStack, IoT, and Linux experiences would also be an advantage.

Qualifications:

Four-year relevant degree such as Computer Science.
6+ Years relevant work experience.
Any certifications, including programming language certifications and any of; SCCM, MCSE, VCP, RHCE, CCNP, EMC, HP ASE would be a plus.

2. Virtualisation & Storage Engineer

 

Job Description:

Install and configure vCenter Server components.
Use vCenter Server to configure and manage ESXi networking and storage.
Deploy, manage, and migrate virtual machines.
VMware: vSphere, vCenter, Hypervisor.

Qualifications:

Four-year relevant degree preferred.
Microsoft certified Systems Administrator/Engineer or/and other industry acknowledged certifications such as MCSE/MCSA/RHCE / VCP4 or VCP5 a plus.

Experience:

2+ Years relevant experience.
Experience in a VMware environment strongly preferred.
Systems Administration experience a requirement. Strong understanding.
Experienced in installing and configuring servers, and VMware, vSphere, vCenter, Hypervisor. Networked Storage Management & Support.

Job Location:

Longford, Dublin and/or Athlone.

 

 

3. Office Admin. Assistant - FAS Job Bridge Internship Scheme

 

Job Responsibilities: Provides assistance to management, sales and support staff. Manage staffs time, calendars, monthly expense reports. Maintain all office files and records. Professionally manage a high telephone call volume. Perform book keeping and accounting functions. Handle account requests, invoicing, collections, etc. Log customer support requests and follow up with customers. Works on special projects as required. Training will be provided on all of the above tasks.

 

Job Requirements: Prior book keeping or accounting a big plus. Proficient in computer skills especially computerised accounts and MS-Excel a plus. Willingness to work extended hours when occasionally required a must. Strong interpersonal and follow-through skills essential and a positive focused attitude. Strong work ethic required. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, exceptional administrative and organisational skills, leadership ability and the ability to work alone, or on a team, in a high pressure, demanding, fast-paced environment. High levels of creativity, a supportive winning style, initiative and complete confidentiality is required.

 

 

 

4. Junior ICT Technician

 

Entry level technician, good learner, trust worthy, has a good common sense approach, ability to be completely confidential, due to the high level of training involved we are interested in candidates who are willing to work at the company on a long term ( several years) basis.

 

Tasks involved include;

Log, track, escalate, and resolve customer support issues.
Provide level one technical support for incidents remotely or on-site. Document all requests and log them via the trouble-ticket system.
Works on their own under the guidance of management when necessary. Learns how to resolve technical issue using various tools provided
Escalate issues that cannot be resolved.
Perform follow up with external and internal customers and suppliers to ensure completed work and customer satisfaction.
Email, Domain, and Website Hosting and Website Design.
Maintain in-office ICT and address issues such as hardware break/fix, operating system upgrades, etc., as they arise.
Perform user account management (i.e. adds/changes/resets).
Manage and maintain all networked devices.
Maintain an inventory of all end-user assets including PCs, laptops, and software.
Participate in all major technical projects.
Write/update internal documentation.
On occasion will provide cover and carry out non-technical tasks such as sales, book keeping, administration, reception their duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ideally (but not necessarily) the candidate would have complete some technical courses such as FAS IT support specialist / ITSS. A+ or MCSA certification or 2 year Technical Degree preferred but not required
Ideally ( but not necessarily WebDesign experience.
Ability to deliver detailed, professional documentation
Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols, subnets, and associated applications
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Domain and Group policies, DNS, & DHCP
Possession of a valid Driverís License.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community.
Skilled in the use of a computer as productivity tool and possess working knowledge of email, internet web browsing, and the Microsoft Productivity Suite.
Must be customer service oriented, courteous and polite.
Good verbal, telephone, and written etiquette.
Working knowledge and understanding of a broad range of desktop based hardware and software and basic networking concepts.
Able to follow instructions, work under supervision, and multi-task.
Must be reliable and possess good organizational skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move and inspect computer terminals, printers, and related equipment & materials.
Sits for long periods in front of a computer.
Will need to travel in personal vehicle (mileage is reimbursed) to client sites.

 

5. Office Manager (Part time / 3 days per week.)

Job Responsibilities: Provides administrative, sales and support. Manage staffs time, calendars, monthly expense reports. Maintain all office files and records. Professionally manage a high telephone call volume. Perform book keeping and accounting functions. Handle account requests, banking and bank reconciliations, payroll, VAT, invoicing, collections, etc. Log customer support requests and follow up with customers. Develop procedures that will enhance the effectiveness of the business. Works on special projects as required.

Job Requirements: Minimum 3+ year's administrative / management experience. Prior book keeping or accounting a big plus. Proficient in computer skills especially computerised accounts and MS-Excel a plus.
