Strong experience in Exchange, Internet Mail connections, site connectors, directory replications, security and systems management.  Experience of designing new sites and modifying existing sites.

Requirements: Minimum of 4+ year's experience managing an Exchange environment. MCSE preferred. Experience of WINS server, multiple domains, single master for account administration, Winframe, TCP/IP, Backup/Recovery of system/files, Multi-server Exchange, directory sync, public folder replication, dedicated SMTP relays, channels - trusts, multi-site NT systems, multi-server WINS configuration, and multi-site Exchange email systems.

Project Manager

Responsible for the development, integration and delivery of projects through management and coordination of internal resources and third party vendors. Directs and monitors the administrative, financial and contractual aspects of project performance.

Responsibilities: Establishes and manages the project plan including an
implementation schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts; Establishes project structure and staffing plans. Participates in staffing process and may select staff, including personnel from third party vendors; Motivates and directs team; sets goals, objectives and priorities; assigns and reviews work. May provide input to
performance/salary reviews and staffing changes. Ensures communication of progress reports to management and obtains sponsor sign-off on status and requirements. Acts as primary interface with subcontractors. Ensures approved methods, processes and tools are consistently employed. Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Senior Engineer Architect

Accountable for the design and development of architecture aligned with the company's business objectives in a quickly changing environment. Responsible for the development of migration, /implementation strategy/solutions to turn business around and architecture into a reality. Must have highly analytical and complex problem solving ability, strong judgment, and strong business understanding and experience. Must have experience in the systems life cycle development techniques, quality improvement measures, strong project planning, client relations, and project cost estimation.

Leadership position with strong business understanding and experience in software engineering and other application design disciplines. Ability to teach and mentor engineers. Experience in technical, functional and migration system integration, strong knowledge of solutions enabling technologies

(i.e. GroupWare/messaging/web, MS-Exchange, data security, WAN, ATM, TCP, Firewall,) and applications (i.e. database, GUI, data mining/ visualization, object oriented, etc.). 

Strategic Sourcing Specialist

This new role will demand that you will have excellent negotiation, business, organisational, and administrative skills. It will be your responsibility and you will have sufficient previous experience to develop and implementing a Purchase Order / Delivery / Invoicing Tracking, System.

You will source new suppliers, who will share our philosophy of providing a world class level of service to our customers. Manage and be accountable for all processes & systems related to non-stock buys, P.O. expediting, bids & quotes, vendor negotiations, sales promotions, product programs and communication to sales and technical departments.  You will collect, analyze, and present information regarding inventory items, supplier information, cost comparisons, contracts and blanket orders, lead time, quality, delivery and provide analysis of supplier performance.

College degree or equivalent with 3-5+ years of management & purchasing experience. Knowledge of the computer hardware, software, supplies & consumables industry preferred. Advanced PC skills. Excellent oral & written communication skills with proven negotiation skills.

Technical Training Instructors (Full Time and Contract Positions)

Carry out training needs analysis and recommends appropriate training solutions.
Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops. Assess participants, develop and update content, manage relationships and develop new business. Must have experience of delivering effective, informative & interesting training sessions to capture the audience. High levels of creativity and initiative.

You ideally should possess a BSc in a business or I/T related field and have 3+ years' experience.  Excellent experience in the provision of training on the following or similar subjects: Windows 9x/NT, Networking, PCs, Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Web Site Development, Java, Java Script, C++, Accounting Applications, and Payroll Applications.

Training Manager

Responsible for generating the revenue of the training department; developing and maintaining overall group strategy; overseeing growth of existing business and develop new business; developing customer relationships; developing and updating content, ensuring excellence and setting standards for business training; understands advanced training techniques, has excellent communication skills and thrives working with clients, solid understanding of the training industry; reports to senior management.

You ideally should possess a BSc in a business or I/T related field and 6+ year's equivalent experience. You ideally should possess a proven track record in building, running, and growing a technical services group that successfully managed its own P&L;

Additionally, you are skilled at working with Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) and SQL. Your SQL queries are particularly clever and efficient and you are capable of writing SQL for multiple databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc.). Furthermore, your Apache, Cold Fusion, and HTML skills are strong and you are experienced with application servers and Object-Oriented design techniques. You have strong project management experience ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, and strong communications skills.

Call Center Analyst

Provides telephone assistance to the end users for a wide variety of I/T systems, networks and applications. Has highly proficient technical skills and abilities in solving problems in a very professional manner, and assumes responsibility for managing problems to their completion. Includes detailed customer and management status reporting.

Requirements:  Demonstrated troubleshooting knowledge of PCs, peripherals, operating systems, and software, and their interdependencies. .  Experience of NT and MS-Office products.  Able to successfully escalate problems to vendors, manufactures and to Level II support.  Able to develop user procedures, processes, and business objectives to better serve customer base.  Solid experience of SLA'S, Escalation, Prioritisation, Problem and Change Management and other standard call center processes and procedures.

Field Service Engineer

Troubleshooting of hardware/software, Windows 95, NT and/or Novell experience required. Resolve a large proportion of incidents allocated by Call Center without reference to further support. Prepare, configure and install networked PCs, Software, and peripherals. Administer servers and backups. Microsoft and/or Novell Certifications and UNIX or NetWare experience are a definite plus.

Seeking highly motivated individual with the desire to keep pace with state of the art technologies. Ensure SLA's are adhered to. Provide out-of-hours cover for Call Center if required. Applicant must be able to work well independently, as part of a team, and must have a deep concern for customers. 

Requirements: Degree preferred and 1+ year's experience in a similar technical environment (3 years experience without a degree). Excellent problem solving skills, sound technical knowledge of MS-Office products, Networking, NT/9x, and hardware repair.  Good verbal, written, and communication skills. Current driving license.

Requirements: Must have customer, team, and career focus with a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience (6+ years without a degree) on systems integration and tier III support. 

In dept knowledge accompanied by a track record of Analytical problem solving, routers, NT 4.0, TCP/IP, IIS, MS Exchange, DHCP, DNS, as well as 3^rd party applications.

Although not a requirement the any of the following would be a major plus: MCSE certification, UNIX, Linux, AS 400, Netware, GUI Development, ATM, Firewall, Lotus Notes, Groupware and Workflow enabling technologies.
