Information Providers Depot Repair Services ensures that both in-warranty and out-of-warranty equipment and peripherals, especially portable computers, are returned to service in a timely fashion. There are two levels of service: overnight Hot-Spare Exchange Plus for critical, overnight replacement needs and Repair and Return Plus for less urgent service requirements.
