Terms and Conditions of Referral Payments:

 By submitting the referrals, you agree to the following terms:

1. A domain name is deemed "registered" only at such time as payment is received.

2. Referral fee payments will be sent by December 20, 2000 for those domain names registered before December 8, 2000. Referral fee payments for domain names registered after midnight on December 7, 2000 and in subsequent months, will be sent by the 28th day of the month following the date of the domain name registration. Payment will be sent to the address you indicate.

3. Registrant of all types of domains are eligible to participate in this referral program.

4. If two or more separate referrals refer the same individual or enterprise, and the referred individual or enterprise registers a domain name, the referral will be credited and fee paid to the person who refers the domain first.. Referral fees shall not be divided or split in any way. All disputes relating to matters set forth in this paragraph will be resolved by Information Providers in its sole and absolute discretion and Information Providers decisions shall be binding on all parties.

5. This referral program may be terminated at any time in Information Provider’s sole discretion and without notice to you. If terminated, referral fees will be paid on domains registered to the termination date.
